The Alphabetland Series is designed to help K - 3 students remember the unusual phonics patterns taught in the English language. The stories and illustrations use humor, repetition, and problem solving to promote understanding and fluency. The colorful illustrations are designed to engage readers and support comprehension.

There are 26 letters in Alphabetland and 5 want to be different. Your students will enjoy listening to how the 5 letters try to be different. Students get to problem solve with the letters and learn why vowels make a long and short sound.

Santa Tells Why begins with a child asking Santa why he comes every year. Santa tells the story of the first Christmas, when he was just a little shepherd boy, and how he found the stable by following the star. A great story to tell the true meaning of Christmas.
