What do you do when you visit a school ?

I read to your students from the books I have written in the Alphabetland Series.  My presentation is tailored to meet the needs of your school and varies depending on the age group.  It is very interactive, involving the students through questions, problem solving and humor.  My visit can also include an evening session for parents demonstrating techniques for reading to and with their child.  The day may consist of up to 8, ½ hour sessions, with one or two classrooms per session and the 1 hour parent meeting in the evening.

Where have you visited?

Here is a partial list:

Brookman Elementary, Las Vegas, NV Lake Hamilton Elementary School, Pearcy, AR

Desert Winds Elementary School, Marana, AZ Morton Avenue Elementary School, Dover - Foxcroft, ME

East Millinocket Library, East Millinocket, ME Quail Run Elementary School, Tucson, AZ

Eastside Elementary School, Lancaster, CA Solomon Schecter Day School, West Hartford, CT

Granite Street School, Millinocket, ME Thornydale Elementary School, Tucson, AZ

Do you sign your books?

I will be happy to bring along copies of my books and sign them.  It would be preferable to presell the books and ship them to your location in advance.  I can provide you with a sample flyer to distribute to teachers and students.   We will need to set aside a time during my visit for the book signing.

How much do you charge?
